Alex McPhail Executive Chef
After working up through the ranks of Pensacola area favorites The Fish House and Jackson’s, Alex was recruited to help rebuild the Commander’s Palace in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. He diversified his skills and experiences further at John Besh’s Restaurant August and later managing banquet operations at the prestigious Roosevelt Hotel. Chef Alex returns highly accomplished and eager to serve up the most creative and delectable dishes imaginable. His focus on local and seasonal ingredients ensure an ever-evolving menu that begs for return visits often.
Charlie Meyers Sous Chef
Friend and fellow southerner, Chef Charlie Meyers migrated from Birmingham, Alabama to Pensacola by way of a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University and more recently developing his talents in some of the South’s finest dining establishments including Cafe Dupont in Birmingham and Restaurant August in New Orleans.
