The Wildlife of Marcus Pointe

Marcus Pointe Golf Club is primarily known for its beautiful course that remains in great condition and green year round, its gourmet, full service restaurant on site, and its excellent customer service.  One of the small things that the staff has heard over the years, in addition to comments of a fun round, are the remarks about the extensive wildlife that can be found roaming the course.  Members and homeowners speak of a mammoth turtle that can be seen in Crescent Lake that is said to be the size of a Volkswagen.  We have also heard of foxes, beautiful birds, rabbits and snakes (be careful!).

As we embark on a journey to collect some photos of the wildlife native to the course, we would like to share some of the pictures we have already received!  As we collect these, we ask you to help us.  If you see some beautiful, interesting, or even scary wildlife while on the course, take a picture!  Send your photos to info@marcuspointegolf.com or post them on our Facebook page.
